These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vincoo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by MoodMesh Limited ("Vincoo", "we", "us", or "our").
Vincoo is an interest-based social community where users can discover and join communities, share content, interact with others, and connect through shared interests.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using Vincoo.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Vincoo.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old;
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law;
Your use of the Service will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use Vincoo.
Your Account
Certain features of Vincoo require you to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and reasonably up-to-date account information;
Keep your login credentials secure;
Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization;
Take responsibility for activity conducted through your account, except where prohibited by applicable law.
You may not:Impersonate another person or entity;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
Create an account using information, photos, or other materials you do not have the right to use;
Access or attempt to access another user's account without authorization;
Create accounts for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
We may require reasonable steps to verify account ownership or protect the security of the Service.
Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use
When using Vincoo, you must comply with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
You may not use the Service to:
Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, intimidate, or abuse others;
Promote hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups;
Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive conduct;
Send spam, unauthorized advertisements, repetitive solicitations, or unwanted commercial messages;
Collect, scrape, copy, or extract user information or content through unauthorized automated means;
Use bots, scripts, crawlers, or other automated systems without our permission;
Manipulate follows, likes, comments, views, or other engagement metrics;
Distribute malware, viruses, harmful code, or other technologies that may interfere with the Service;
Attempt to bypass security, moderation, access restrictions, or other protective measures;
Use Vincoo for illegal transactions or activities;
Encourage others to violate these Terms.
We may take reasonable action when we believe activity violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or threatens the safety or integrity of the Service.
User Content
Vincoo allows users to create, upload, publish, share, or send content, including posts, photos, videos, comments, profile information, messages, reactions, and other materials ("Content").
4.1 Your Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions necessary to upload or share your Content through Vincoo.
4.2 License to VincooWhen you publish Content to public or shared areas of Vincoo, you grant Vincoo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically modify that Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
Technical modifications may include actions such as resizing images, compressing files, changing formats, or adapting Content for different devices.
This license does not transfer ownership of your Content to Vincoo.
For private communications, such as direct messages, we use and process the content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, moderate, and maintain the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
When Content is deleted, the applicable license generally ends, subject to reasonable technical backup periods, legal obligations, safety requirements, and copies that may already have been lawfully shared with or retained by other users.
Prohibited Content
You may not post, upload, share, send, or otherwise make available Content that includes or promotes:
Illegal activities or unlawful transactions;
Credible threats, violence, terrorism, or encouragement of dangerous behavior;
Harassment, bullying, stalking, hateful conduct, or targeted abuse;
Pornography or sexually explicit content;
Sexual solicitation, sexual exploitation, or commercial sexual activity;
Child sexual abuse material or any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, or inappropriate sexual contact involving minors;
Content encouraging, instructing, or glorifying suicide, self-harm, or serious harm to others;
Fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive schemes, or impersonation;
Illegal drugs, prohibited weapons, illegal gambling, or other unlawful goods or services;
Another person's private, sensitive, or contact information without authorization;
Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, image rights, or other legal rights;
Malware, malicious links, or harmful software;
Other content that violates our Community Guidelines.
Content Moderation
We may use automated systems, human review, user reports, or other reasonable measures to help identify and address content or behavior that may violate our rules.
Where we reasonably believe Content or activity violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or creates a risk to users or the Service, we may take actions including:
Removing or restricting Content;
Reducing the visibility of Content;
Limiting access to certain features;
Issuing warnings;
Temporarily suspending an account;
Permanently terminating an account.
We do not guarantee that all inappropriate or prohibited Content will be identified immediately.
Users remain responsible for their own Content and conduct.
Reporting and Blocking
Vincoo provides tools that allow users to report Content or accounts that they believe violate our rules.
Users may also block other users to limit unwanted interactions.
We may review reports and take appropriate action based on the circumstances, including removing Content, restricting functionality, suspending accounts, or terminating accounts.
Knowingly submitting false, abusive, or malicious reports may itself violate these Terms.

Interactions With Other Users
Vincoo helps users discover and communicate with people through shared interests, communities, and Content.
You are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when interacting with other users.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vincoo does not verify every user's identity, background, statements, profile information, or representations.
You should not assume that information provided by another user is accurate simply because it appears on Vincoo.
Some users may choose to communicate outside the Service or meet in person. If you choose to do so, you are responsible for taking appropriate safety precautions.
We encourage users to:
Protect personal and financial information;
Be cautious when sharing contact details;
Meet in public places when meeting someone new;
Tell someone you trust about offline plans;
Report suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe behavior.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vincoo is not responsible for the conduct of users online or offline.
Intellectual Property
Except for User Content, the Service and its underlying materials are owned by or licensed to Vincoo.
This includes, where applicable:
The Vincoo name and trademarks;
Logos and branding;
Software and source code;
Interface designs;
Graphics and visual elements;
Service features and functionality;
Proprietary content created by Vincoo.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Vincoo intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sell, license, or commercially exploit Vincoo intellectual property except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, protect, and delete personal information when you use Vincoo.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.
You may access the current Privacy Policy through the App or our website.Account Suspension and Termination
You must comply with these Terms and our Community Guidelines while using Vincoo.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe that:
The account violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines;
The account is being used for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
The account creates a safety or security risk;
Suspension or termination is required by law;
Action is reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.
Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include warnings, Content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent termination.
Where appropriate and permitted, users may contact us regarding an enforcement decision.
Account Deletion
You may initiate deletion of your Vincoo account through the account settings available in the App.
Deleting your account may result in the deletion of your profile, Content, account information, and other data associated with your account.
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for:
Legal or regulatory obligations;
Fraud prevention;
Security and abuse prevention;
Resolving disputes;
Enforcing agreements;
Other purposes permitted by applicable law.

Service Availability
We work to keep Vincoo available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update parts of the Service from time to time, including for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or product-related reasons.
Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice of significant changes that materially affect users.Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
VINCOO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
THE SERVICE WILL MEET EVERY USER'S EXPECTATIONS; OR
INTERACTIONS OR CONNECTIONS BETWEEN USERS WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VINCOO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;
CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE;
INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS;
CONDUCT OF THIRD PARTIES;
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR CONTENT;
LOSS OF DATA;
INTERRUPTION OR MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of HongKong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled in accordance with the laws and dispute resolution procedures applicable to MoodMesh Limited.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, legal requirements, or other operational needs.
When we make material changes, we may provide reasonable notice through the App, our website, email, or another appropriate method.
The updated Terms will identify the date of the latest revision.
Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before material changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those Terms where permitted by applicable law.General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
